We are seeking an experienced North America Business Development Director to lead our commercial strategy in the North America region. This role requires a strong leader who can develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and position ThinkCyte as a leader in the life science tools industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion in the North America region.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  • Oversee sales efforts, ensuring alignment with company goals and optimizing go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales initiatives with marketing, R&D, product development, and operational goals.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Extensive experience in the life science tools industry, preferably in capital equipment sales.
  • Strong familiarity with flow cytometry and related technologies.
  • Proven track record of creating and executing strategic commercial visions, including launching and scaling products or business units.
  • Strong background in external communications, including investor relations and public speaking.
