**Responsibilities:**

  • Manage a portfolio of trusts, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of each trust's affairs
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to trustees and owners
  • Support senior management and colleagues through complex issues
  • Prepare and review Maori Land Court applications
  • Collaborate with Te Tumu Paeroa teams to prepare for and attend Maori Land Court hearings

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or administration
  • Genuine care for customers, with exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, and/or M365 is a plus
