About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Westfield Albany. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging marketing campaigns that drive customer experiences and business growth.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing management, with experience leading small teams and developing strategic plans. You will be confident in presenting and delivering marketing plans, with excellent communication and project management skills.

You will work closely with our Regional Marketing Manager for NZ to inspire and deliver exceptional customer experiences every day. This includes designing and delivering unique events and experiences, working with community organisations, creating digital content and managing social accounts, partnering with retailers to market their brands to Westfield customers.

This is a full-time permanent role based at Westfield Albany. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing Centre Marketing Plans: Develop and execute centre marketing plans to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  • Leading Small Teams: Coach, lead and develop a Marketing Executive direct report to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Budget Management: Manage the centre marketing budget to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Centre Communications: Lead centre communications across owned, earned and bought channels to drive customer engagement.
  • Event Management: Develop and execute an annual centre events program to drive customer engagement and business growth.
