Job Description
The Clinical Nurse Shift Leader will be responsible for allocating workloads and resources on a shift-by-shift basis, ensuring that the Acute Inpatient Mental Health Unit runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong leadership and coordination skills, as well as the ability to provide coaching and mentoring to junior staff members.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 4 years' postgraduate experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute inpatient mental health setting. You will also need to be competent in Te Ao Maori, tikanga, and te reo Maori or willing to learn and grow in this area.
