The Clinical Nurse Manager role is responsible for providing advanced professional leadership and management to the nursing workforce in Te Toki Maurere, Whakatane's Adult Inpatient Unit. This role contributes to implementing Toi Ora systems of care, to enable achieving Te Toi Ahorangi and Pae Ora.

Key Responsibilities

  • To provide advanced professional leadership and management to the nursing workforce.
  • To contribute to implementing Toi Ora systems of care.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in Mental Health, preferably in an inpatient setting.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to support patients, whanau, and staff, while building strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Passionate about leveraging team strengths to foster collaboration, resilience, and excellence in care.
