The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead our Adult Inpatient Unit at Whakatane Hospital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing advanced professional leadership and management to our nursing workforce. Your expertise and passion for mental health care will contribute to implementing Toi Ora systems of care and achieving Te Toi Ahorangi and Pae Ora.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and guidance to nurses and other healthcare professionals in the Adult Inpatient Unit
* Implement evidence-based nursing practices underpinned by Matauranga informed models of care
* Foster collaboration, resilience, and excellence in care through effective communication and relationship-building skills

Requirements:
* Significant experience in Mental Health, preferably in an inpatient setting
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Passion for leveraging team strengths and promoting a culture of excellence
