About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Shift Leader to join our Whare Whakaue Mental Health Acute Inpatient Unit team at Rotorua Hospital. As a Clinical Nurse Shift Leader, you will be responsible for allocating, leading, and coordinating workloads and resources on a shift-by-shift basis. You will provide coaching and leadership in managing acute situations and be seen as a knowledge resource to others.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a New Zealand Registered Nurse qualification, with a minimum of 4 years post-graduate experience in an acute inpatient mental health setting. You will also need to have competency with Te Ao Maori, Tikanga, and Te Reo Maori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth.
