**Role Overview**

We are seeking a qualified and experienced ECE/primary teacher to join our team as a Toddlers Learning Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences for tamariki, and providing respectful care in partnership with parents and whanau.


**Key Responsibilities**

As a Toddlers Learning Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing learning programs that meet the needs of our children
  • Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Building strong relationships with parents and whanau through regular communication and collaboration
  • Participating in ongoing professional development to maintain and enhance your skills and qualifications


**What We Offer**

We offer a competitive salary package, including extended pay parity and a sign-on bonus of up to $1,500 (less tax). Our employees also receive 10 days sick leave from their first day of employment, fully funded Teacher registration, and access to a mental health and wellbeing hub.
