Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and inspiring Centre Manager to lead our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader who thrives on collaboration, innovation, and supporting a team to deliver high-quality education. As a high-impact leader, you will be passionate about delivering amazing learning outcomes for our children and take pride in the smooth day-to-day operation of the centre. Being a great communicator and building fantastic relationships will be essential skills for this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor of Education (ECE) with current Teacher Certification and a minimum of two years' experience as a Centre Manager. You will require strong leadership, operational, and coaching skills, knowledge of child-led curriculum, Te Whariki, and ECE regulations, as well as a commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi and culturally responsive practices.
