About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist – Maori Health to join our team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to develop your career in palliative care with a specialist focus on Maori Health and advocacy. The role will involve collaborating with patients and whanau to make informed decisions about their care and treatment, while ensuring that they receive culturally safe and effective care.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of Maori patients* Provide expert clinical advice and guidance to patients and whanau* Work closely with Maori health leaders to ensure cultural safety and effective care delivery* Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the organization* Develop and maintain relationships with local Maori communities and health providers
