Job Summary:
Mercy Hospice is seeking a highly motivated and experienced nurse to join our team as a Clinical Nurse Specialist – Māori Health. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior nurse to make a positive impact on the delivery of high-quality care to our patients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategies to improve Māori health outcomes, collaborating with our team to deliver high-quality care, and providing leadership and guidance on palliative care and Māori health issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in palliative care or similar
- Strong clinical, professional, and cultural leadership skills
- Evidence-based practice and continuous quality improvement
- Ability to work collaboratively with our team and provide leadership and guidance
