About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to join our team for a busy four-week period. This is a full-time, office-based role (40 hours per week, 8 AM - 5 PM) that requires seamless administrative support across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing general administrative support to the team.
  • Managing documentation, formatting reports, and proofreading.
  • Coordinating meetings, including preparation, minute-taking, and catering support.
  • Covering front-of-house duties and assisting with office housekeeping.
  • Supporting financial administration (e.g., credit card reconciliations, expense claims, and invoice processing).
  • Collaborating with the wider support team on office events and tasks as needed.

What You'll Bring
Proven experience in office administration.Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.The ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work accurately under pressure.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A keen eye for detail and accuracy.A positive, can-do attitude.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
