The Job: Client Engagement Administrator

In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with clients, managing client engagement, and ensuring precise documentation and data management. Your key duties will include handling phone and email inquiries, resolving conflicts, escalating complex issues, and communicating with GPs and other professionals.

Main Duties:
  • Manage client relationships and ensure seamless communication.
  • Resolve client conflicts and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions.
  • Coordinate data management efforts and utilize our online patient management system effectively.
Essential Requirements:

A minimum of one year's experience in customer-focused administration, along with proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills, is required for this position. Experience in the NHS or similar environments is highly desirable.
