Your key objectives include identifying broader employee relations issues across the enterprise, partnering with cross-functional teams to recommend improvements, and ensuring consistency and compassion in all interactions.
">Your Key Responsibilities: • Provide feedback and coaching to employees and leaders at every level, utilizing empathy and influencing skills to drive positive outcomes
• Act as a first point of contact for managers regarding performance concerns, conflict management, and other Employee Relations matters
• Maintain and update internal Employee Relations Case Management (ERCM) tracker, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution of cases
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, empathy, and active listening skills. You should also have strong learning agility, ability to manage your own time and workload, and confidence in handling ambiguous situations. Experience in leveraging AI in work processes or decision-making is highly desirable, along with 5+ years of direct client-facing experience in an Employee Relations role.
