Job Overview
Singapore Facilitists Pte Ltd seeks an experienced Facilities Management Professional to oversee and manage both hard and soft services of a commercial building. The ideal candidate will lead and coordinate the day-to-day building M&E maintenance and operations of the building maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day housekeeping operations of the building.
- Carry out scheduling of maintenance works and coordinate with all contractors and/or vendors.
- Responsible for the planning and execution of corrective/preventive maintenance program.
- Conduct regular inspection of existing building and its services to ensure that all maintenance programmes are implemented effectively in strict compliance with instructions and guidelines.
- Able to understand building drawings and technical specifications.
- Preparation of monthly building management report.
- Arrange for repair works to be carried out and obtain quotations.
- Respond to client enquiries and submit reports/quotations.
- Proficient in understanding building automation systems/BMS, ACMV, fire protection/fire alarm, plumbing, and sanitary systems.
- Ensure all maintenance works are carried out in accordance with WSH regulations.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Facilities Management.
- Preferably with two years' experience in facilities management/building maintenance works in a commercial building or shopping mall environment.
- Possess hands-on experience in equipment repair and servicing.
- Fire Safety Manager certification will be an advantage.
- Able to lead a team of technicians.
