The Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced Health & Fitness Supervisor to join our Aquatics team. You'll work closely with the Aquatics Manager to supervise the day-to-day operations and ensure the safety of QLDC facilities. Your key responsibilities will include managing rosters, delivering on-the-job training, and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety obligations.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking a confident, capable leader with a strong background in sports and recreation. You'll need at least 3 years of experience in this field and 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role. You'll be a natural people person who can build genuine relationships quickly and possess Level 4 NZQA qualifications in Sports & Recreation or equivalent. You'll also require a current NZQA affiliated First Aid Certificate and a current NZQA affiliated Pool Lifeguard Practising Certificate.
