We are seeking an experienced Medical Device Executive to join our team at Alcon.

About the Role

This leadership position is responsible for driving sales strategy and execution for Surgical products, managing day-to-day sales force activities, executing GTM model tailoring approach as needed in market, building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, and developing trust-based advocacy programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with experience managing multi-function business operations and building cross-functional teams. You will also have a proven track record of delivering P&L growth through sizeable teams and demonstrated strategic thinking.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Manage day-to-day sales force activities, including targeting, sizing, and messaging.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, and develop trust-based advocacy programs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other functions to execute marketing plans and programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in progressive managerial positions in the healthcare industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering P&L growth through sizeable teams.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking and ability to develop robust business plans.
