Surgical Franchise Leadership
As a senior leader in the Surgical Franchise, you will be responsible for developing and executing short-, mid-, and long-term vision of business franchise business plans. You will identify opportunities and challenges, and develop actionable business plans to address them. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing plans and programs in alignment with International Marketing guidelines. Additionally, you will cultivate employee commercial capabilities via training based on development needs and plans, and provide coaching to team members to build capabilities and accelerate professional growth.

Languages and Education
Fluency in English is essential. A minimum of 15 years of broad healthcare industry experience in progressive managerial positions preferably in the medical device, pharmaceutical and/or consumer industry is required. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred. A Master's Degree in Business Administration is also highly desirable.
