About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our dynamic team as a Strategic Transformation Lead. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the Deputy Director, Marketing Communications and CEO in driving company strategy, overseeing organisational transformation, managing corporate development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research, analyse data and prepare presentations or reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with Deputy Director, Marketing Communications and the leadership team to develop, communicate and execute corporate strategies.
  • Develop transformational plans and facilitate execution.

Special Projects Management:

  • Manage transformational initiatives and special projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate across functions, partner with department heads and colleagues to implement change management strategies effectively.
  • Monitor project progress, propose solutions to mitigate potential issues and ensure timely completion.

Communication and Coordination:

  • Draft and edit communications, presentations, and other documents for the CEO and senior management.
  • Facilitate effective communication flow between the CEO's office and other departments or external parties.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and compile necessary materials for strategic changes or new initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • More than 4 years' experience as a Corporate Development & Strategic Transformation (CDST) Manager, or in a similar role supporting C-level leaders in a high-tech or fast-paced environment.
