We are looking for a proactive individual to develop and execute integrated communications strategies for A\"*STAR"'s research entities. The right candidate will have qualities required for managing relationships at large and complex organisations: strong communications and writing skills, critical thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving aptitude.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Able to define clear and measurable communication objectives aligned with overall organisational goals.
  2. Able to identify and understand target audiences (both internal and external stakeholders) and develop messages that resonate with different audience segments.
  3. Develop long-term communication plans that align with the organisation's strategic objectives.
  4. Execute end-to-end campaigns across various media channels.
  5. Able to analyse data and develop performance metrics as feedback on message effectiveness.

This role reports to the Director, CC.
