Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and embedding initiatives that support creativity and enable our people to do their best work.

Main Accountabilities

  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to agency leaders on HR-related matters.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead and manage HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement surveys, performance planning & review cycles, and diversity, equality, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Build relationships with agency leaders to understand their unique people priorities and develop solutions to address them.
  • Continuously review and improve people practices to ensure they are progressive and compliant.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven HR partnering experience, preferably in a marketing communications company.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of HR best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
