In this role, you will lead a small team of Strategic HR Business Partners who work closely with senior leaders to deliver our people and organisational strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leveraging your expertise to provide high-quality data-driven information and expert advice to senior leaders
  • Developing and implementing effective people strategies to attract, develop, support, and retain talent aligned to our business needs
  • Leading a team of Strategic HR Business Partners to achieve business outcomes
  • Building relationships with senior leaders to ensure they have the necessary information and support to make informed decisions

We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong leadership and influencing skills
  • Proven experience in HR business partnering
  • Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Knowledge of tikanga Māori and Pacific peoples' culture
  • Experience working within a large complex organisation
