About the Role
The Head of Sales NZ is a senior leadership position responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, and leading a high-performing sales team. As an integral member of the IPC ANZ Sales team, you will contribute to the development and execution of sales strategy, and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Main Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategy to drive business growth and meet customer needs.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, making recommendations for improvement where necessary.
