Job Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our daily operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Operational Administration: Assist with the management of day-to-day operations, including scheduling appointments, coordinating deliveries, and preparing essential documents.
  • Shelter Operations: Help maintain the shelter premises by liaising with vendors, managing tenant intake and discharge processes, and addressing shelter operations requests.
  • Finance Administration: Process invoices and purchase orders, and track monthly expenditures required for shelter operations.

Candidate Profile:

We are looking for a female candidate who is comfortable traveling between work locations and occasionally working at different hours. The ideal candidate will have:

  • O-level, ITE, or Diploma in any discipline.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Word and Excel).
  • Good time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
