About the Opportunity

We're offering a unique opportunity for a sales-driven relationship builder to join our team as an Account & Business Development Manager in Auckland. In this role, you'll manage and grow a portfolio of corporate and government clients, developing strategic account plans to drive client retention and revenue growth.

You'll identify and close high-value business opportunities through face-to-face and virtual meetings, conducting venue inspections, virtual tours, and presenting tailored solutions to clients. You'll represent Martian Logic at industry events, meetings, and conferences to expand our reach, working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution for your clients.

To succeed in this role, you'll need 3+ years of B2B sales experience, a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, experience engaging with key decision-makers, strong negotiation, presentation, and CRM skills, and a commercial mindset to grow business spend.
