Job Overview

We are seeking an Academic Administrative Specialist to join our team, providing administrative support to our students and faculty.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Student Support: Offer individualized support, manage emergency processes for international students, and provide guidance on internal & external resources.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate student records, handle requests, and provide necessary administrative support related to student programs.
  • Enrollment Processes: Assist with student enrollment processes, including interviews and health follow-ups, and support students through Program Board procedures.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with students and college staff, handle student feedback, and promote NZTC services as needed.

This role will be primarily WFH but may involve occasional time working at an NZTC campus where required.
