Medical Education Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating all Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities sponsored by The Cooper Health System.
\Job Responsibilities:

- Assist the Administrative Director in managing in-house CME activities and enduring materials.\
- Train clinical coordinators on CME activities and develop the CME Resource Manual.\
- Function as a registrar for all external conferences and handle attendance records.\
- Complete evaluation reports for course directors.\
- Provide office support as directed.\
- Create ongoing and year-end data reports for regulatory bodies, including the ACCME.\
- Maintain accurate and detailed records throughout all processes.\
- Use various software programs, such as CMEmanager, Cactus, SurveyMonkey, and Quicken, to track and report on CME activities.\
- Familiarize yourself with virtual platforms, like Webex and Zoom, to facilitate remote meetings and training sessions.\
- Collaborate effectively with health care professionals to meet deadlines and achieve goals.\
- Develop strong written and verbal communication skills, organizational abilities, and computer literacy to excel in this role.\
- Stay up-to-date on ACCME Accreditation Requirements and Policies and the AMA PRA Credit System.\
- Maintain a high level of detail-oriented responsibility and accurately document all tasks and activities.\
- Understand the importance of excellent time management and multitasking to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.\
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.\
