Disability Services Coordinator

At St John of God Halswell, we are passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs. As a Senior Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes and apply your leadership skills by mentoring and coaching colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide individualised care and support under the direction of a Registered Nurse
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve patient outcomes
* Apply leadership skills by mentoring and coaching colleagues
* Be available for night and day shifts on weekdays and weekends
Requirements:
* Hold a Level 4 Health and Wellbeing Certification
* Be Medication Competent
* Have experience working in the disability sector, specifically in neurological disorders and assistive devices
* Bring a minimum of 3 years' experience in a hospital-level care environment
