About Récénce:
Récénce is a youth-based organisation dedicated to delivering high-quality experiential learning programmes for young people with intellectual disabilities and neurodiversity. Our programmes focus on personal growth, development, and independence.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver programmes that cater to the needs of young people with intellectual disabilities
- Foster a supportive and encouraging environment that promotes personal growth and development
- Collaborate with the team to ensure programme delivery meets the organisation's standards
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications such as a Sport and Recreation or Recreation Therapy Degree, Psychology/Health or Social Science degrees (desirable)
- Demonstrated youth leadership and volunteer management skills
- Demonstrated experience working with youth with intellectual disabilities
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering programmes for groups of young people with intellectual disabilities
