We are seeking a Support Worker to join our Permanent Reliever team, working across various houses and settings to provide day-to-day support to individuals with disabilities. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for facilitating community participation, recreational activities, and assisting with daily tasks. You will work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality support and help individuals achieve their goals and aspirations.
