About the Role
We are seeking a customer-facing professional to deliver exceptional service experiences. As our new Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of ICT service agreements with our customers.

Your Responsibilities
You will work closely with our Service Desk and specialist practices to deliver ICT services, ensuring successful outcomes and great experiences for our customers. You will oversee the delivery of our support services, improving operational processes, issue diagnosis, and incident/problem resolutions.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in Service Delivery or related ICT roles
  • Accreditation in ITIL or other modern service management processes
  • A strong customer service ethos supported by clear and effective communication skills
  • A knack for problem-solving and hands-on use of tools like Azure DevOps boards to manage support services delivery tasks across teams
