As Customer Experience Manager, you will play a critical role in driving customer service excellence and operational success across our Southern Jet Boat businesses.
About the Role
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Lead a team of customer service professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Embody Ngai Tahu values, tikanga, and te reo Maori, promoting a culture of respect, inclusivity, and cultural sensitivity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of customer service and leadership experience.
- Proven track record of driving customer service improvements and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A strong understanding of the tourism industry and its trends.
- A tertiary business qualification or equivalent experience.
