New World Halswell is a large supermarket located in a competitive area, seeking innovative and customer-focused team members to join our Checkout Department. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to further develop your customer service skills, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Checkout team as a Customer Experience Manager. The successful applicant will be required to deliver exceptional shopping experiences to our customers, creating a fun, warm, and friendly environment by sharing expert product knowledge, answering customers' questions, and offering helpful suggestions.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement Food and Health and Safety requirements.
- Ensure a consistently high level of staff presentation in the Checkout Department.
- Organise, lead, and coach staff to achieve exceptional customer service standards.
- Assist in the organisation and running of the Checkout Department.
- Train new staff to meet business needs.
- Manage the Sale and Supply of Liquor.
