**Job Overview**

NCG is seeking an experienced professional to lead the Higher Education provision across Sport, Law & Policing (SLPPS). The successful candidate will be responsible for driving Higher Education recruitment and ensuring effective department management.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead and manage the Higher Education provision across SLPPS
  • Drive Higher Education recruitment in line with KPI's
  • Ensure effective department management and administrative responsibilities

**Requirements**

  • Strong vocational background within sport
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams
  • Honours degree (Level 6) or industry-recognised qualification in Sport, Law or Policing or a related field
  • Post-16 teaching qualification or commitment to achieving it within an agreed timeframe
  • Level 2 English and maths qualifications or willingness to attain them

**Desirable Skills**

  • Experience in successful programme leadership within higher education
  • Familiarity with current industry practices
  • Designing and implementing teaching strategies that support higher education students
