**Role Description:**

Newcastle College is looking for a talented and experienced individual to fill the role of Curriculum Leader in Sport and Law Education. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Higher Education Provision across SLPPS, ensuring the delivery of high-quality programmes that meet the needs of our students and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a strong vocational background within sport, with proven experience in leading and managing teams. They will hold an honours degree (Level 6) or an industry-recognised qualification in Sport, Law, or Policing, or a related field, alongside a post-16 teaching qualification or a commitment to achieving this within an agreed timeframe.

**Key Areas of Responsibility:**

  • Leading and managing the Higher Education Provision across SLPPS
  • Driving higher education recruitment in line with Newcastle College University Centre KPIs
  • Supporting programme teams to achieve their goals

**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Strong vocational background within sport
  • Proven experience in leading and managing teams
  • Honours degree (Level 6) or industry-recognised qualification in Sport, Law, or Policing, or a related field
