Your Responsibilities

This role includes:

  • Delivering and assessing high-quality programmes within our further education sports provision.
  • Planning and delivering tailored tutorial sessions that meet the diverse needs of students across various subject areas.
  • Tracking and monitoring students' progress, providing constructive feedback and adjusting teaching strategies to help them improve.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong vocational background within the sport and active leisure industry.
  • Proven experience in developing learners' technical and employability skills.
  • An honours degree (Level 6) or an industry-recognised qualification in Sports Coaching or a related field.
  • A post-16 teaching qualification or a commitment to achieving this within an agreed timeframe.
