About the Role

The successful appointee will provide clinical leadership in Infant, Child and Adolescent Mental Health, ensuring ongoing quality of service delivery within the team. This involves providing clinical guidance, supporting the Clinical Nurse Manager in resource management, and working with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing clinical formulation and talking therapy with children, young people, and their whanau
  • Working systemically with families to achieve positive outcomes
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective treatment plans

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the Mental Health and Addictions sector, as well as experience working with diverse communities.
