We are seeking a Clinical Vision and Hearing Specialist to join our team in Palmerston North. This role will involve providing a quality vision and hearing screening service to early childhood and school-aged children across the MidCentral district.

About the Role
  • Provide high-quality vision and hearing screening services to children aged 4-18 years.
  • Conduct Tympanometry and Audiometry screenings for children aged 12 months to 18 years.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective health education programs.
  • Maintain accurate client records and contribute to the development of population-level interventions.
About You

You will possess a strong background in vision and/or hearing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with children and their families.

A current full New Zealand driver's license is required, as well as experience working with a wide range of cultures and populations.
