About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for the leadership of the Protective Security Requirements (PSR) Advisory and Partnerships team.
You will oversee the advisory and channels work programme, drive business improvement, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Day-to-day, you'll lead a team of experts who provide guidance to New Zealand government and non-government entities to help uplift their capability to protect people, information, and assets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of protective security advisors who provide guidance to New Zealand government and non-government entities.
- Oversight of the advisory and channels work programme.
- Drive business improvement to ensure high-quality service delivery.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong leadership skills and demonstrated experience in leading a team or delivering results through others.
- A strong customer service ethic with a track record of service delivery and creating and sustaining effective working relationships.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to influence thinking and behaviour, and gain buy-in from external stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills including the ability to proactively and efficiently manage competing priorities.
