Veterinary Leadership Opportunity

VetPartners Australia and New Zealand is seeking an experienced Small Animal Veterinarian to take on a senior leadership role within our team.

Role Overview

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a motivated veterinarian who is passionate about leadership and development. As Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for driving clinical excellence, teamwork, and business growth within the clinic.

You will work closely with our Practice Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve patient care, staff morale, and overall clinic performance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and promote a positive and supportive team culture
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high clinical standards
  • Work collaboratively with the Practice Manager to achieve business objectives
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop initiatives to drive growth and efficiency
Requirements
  • BVSc or equivalent, NZ Vet Council registered
  • Proven leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional patient care
