About the Role

As a Senior Veterinary Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care while also leading and mentoring our veterinary team. You will work closely with our practice manager to foster a positive and supportive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care and lead by example
  • Mentor and develop our veterinary team members
  • Collaborate with our practice manager to drive business growth and improvement
  • Manage and maintain high clinical standards within the clinic

Requirements

  • DVSc or equivalent and registration with the Veterinary Council of New Zealand
  • Proven experience as a senior veterinarian or clinical director
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A passion for developing and supporting a strong team culture
