What does the role entail?

  • Sharing your knowledge of destinations and travel options to help customers make informed decisions
  • Becoming an expert in all things travel, including flights, accommodations, cruises, and more
  • Working with customers to create customized itineraries that meet their needs and budget
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and trends to provide the best possible advice

What skills and qualifications do you need?

  • Previous experience in the travel industry or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of destinations and travel options, including flights, accommodations, cruises, and more
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new systems and technologies
