**About the Role**
We are seeking a part-time Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at Canvas and Covers Whangarei. This role will provide exceptional customer service and support the smooth running of our office operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing job schedules, invoicing, quoting, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. They will also provide administrative support to our wider team and keep accounts up to date within Xero.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Answering and responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Actively working with our trades-staff to manage job schedules, invoicing, and quoting
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Providing administrative support to the wider team
- Keeping accounts up to date within Xero
**What We're Looking For**
We require a candidate with previous experience in a customer service or office administration role. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational and time management abilities, and a friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach.
Experience using Xero, Google Workspace, and cloud-based job management/scheduling software is an advantage.
