We are looking for a motivated and organized Business Services Coordinator to join our Te Kei Region team based in Dunedin. This fixed-term role is responsible for delivering administrative functions, including calendar management, minute taking, project coordination, and general office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support to Regional staff, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and implement projects, events, and initiatives that drive business growth
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in administrative roles, preferably in a government or public sector setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines
