The Role

">

This role is responsible for delivering a wide range of administrative functions for Regional staff including calendar management, inbox triage, minute taking, secretariat tasks, project and event coordination, and general office administration.

We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and organised individual to join our team based out of our Headquarters in Dunedin. This role is Fixed Term until 24th April 2026.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars and prioritize tasks
  • Take minutes and perform secretariat duties
  • Coordinate projects and events
  • Provide general office support

Your Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and full competency in the MS Office suite of applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

A proactive approach, flexibility, and a strong customer focus are essential for this role. The salary range for this position is $59,674 - $66,304, dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
