**Role Overview:**
Tamaki Health's Wellness Support Team is seeking a skilled coordinator to support both the ACC Sensitive Claims service and the Health Coach training programme.
This rewarding dual coordination role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to an innovative, equity-driven service while gaining valuable experience in primary mental health care.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate referrals for the ACC Sensitive Claims service, ensuring timely and effective support for patients and track and manage ACC claiming.
- Coordinate the delivery of the accredited Health Coach training programme by providing organisational support and ensuring seamless training processes.
- Foster a patient-centred approach while optimising efficiency and service quality.
You'll Bring:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Social Sciences) - or current students close to completing their degree.
- Ideally, some experience working with Maori, Pacific, or Asian communities.
- Coordination or administrative experience, preferably within healthcare or social services.
