This rewarding dual coordination role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to an innovative, equity-driven service while gaining valuable experience in primary mental health care.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate referrals for the ACC Sensitive Claims service, ensuring timely and effective support for patients and track and manage ACC claiming.
  • Coordinate the delivery of the accredited Health Coach training programme by providing organisational support and ensuring seamless training processes.
  • Foster a patient-centred approach while optimising efficiency and service quality.

You'll Bring:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Social Sciences) - or current students close to completing their degree.
  • Ideally, some experience working with Maori, Pacific, or Asian communities.
  • Coordination or administrative experience, preferably within healthcare or social services.
