**Role Overview:**

This Mental Health Service Coordinator position is a critical part of our team's effort to deliver high-quality care to individuals affected by eating disorders. As a coordinator, you will play a key role in facilitating access to clinical services, managing referrals, and ensuring seamless care coordination across different healthcare settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage referrals, assess service users, and develop treatment plans
  • Liaise with GPs, community mental health centers, and hospitals to ensure effective care coordination
  • Facilitate service user access to clinical services, including acute and complex eating disorder treatments

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong mental health knowledge and experience, preferably in eating disorder settings
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
  • High-level time management and organizational skills
