Main Duties:

  1. Directing traffic to car parks or during a snow event, ensuring the safe passage of guests.
  2. Greeting guests arriving at our access road and providing information on road conditions and chain calls.
  3. Monitoring and reporting road conditions to Ski Area Management to maintain the highest level of safety.
  4. Providing exceptional customer service and leading by example to our guests and staff.
  5. Responding to guest inquiries and offering information on our ski area.
  6. Patrolling the road to guarantee its safety for all users.
  7. Supporting with various tasks across the mountain.

Your Qualities

We seek a candidate with a strong focus on delivering excellent service, coupled with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. You must possess a positive attitude, even in challenging weather conditions, and be physically fit. Having a good understanding of health and safety principles is also crucial.
