Tesla's Consumer Engagement team is responsible for upholding the brand across Australia and New Zealand, managing all customer-facing content, and developing effective engagement strategies that drive demand in products and support wider business objectives.

Job Description

This role involves working within a small and highly functioning team to develop, execute, and implement demand generation strategies across B2C and B2B, navigating multiple competing priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and creating and implementing innovative ideas with a deep understanding of marketing and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be able to communicate effectively, and bring blue-sky thinking and opportunities to the forefront, as well as possessing natural stakeholder management and critical thinking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and implement demand generation strategies across B2C and B2B.
  • Work within a small team, requiring proactiveness and initiative.
  • Navigate through multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Create and implement innovative ideas with a deep understanding of marketing and customer engagement.
  • Communicate effectively and bring blue-sky thinking and opportunities to the forefront.
  • Possess natural stakeholder management and critical thinking skills.
What You'll Do

You will work closely with sales teams, external partners, and other stakeholders to create integrated marketing campaigns leveraging online and offline channels, and have the ability to travel regularly to all Stores in your region.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience within B2B and B2C marketing.
  • Rigorous, detail-oriented, critical thinker, and performance-driven.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; works well independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to flex between big picture thinking, distill complex ideas, and analyze data to drive strategic objectives.
  • Effective verbal communicator who can lead and represent the Tesla brand effectively.
