About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Demand Generation Manager to lead the development and execution of our demand generation strategy. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving pipeline growth through targeted campaigns and a deep understanding of SaaS marketing principles.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans, drive campaign execution, and measure programme effectiveness. You will also collaborate with our sales team to ensure alignment on key accounts, goals, and messaging.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute demand generation programmes that drive pipeline growth.
  • Lead the relationship with our paid media agency for demand-gen initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to inform Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and shape our demand generation strategy.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align on key accounts, goals, and messaging.
  • Implement ABM strategies to engage high-value accounts.
  • Design and deploy technical customer journeys and automated workflows.
